Shipping policy
Only shipping to the US and Canada!
Orders are taken to the post office 1-2 business days from the day that you order. In some cases it may take longer 3-4 business days. (Does not include weekends and holidays)
SHIPPING TIMES (For GROUND Shipping)
USA
- Normally 3-7 days, however delays can happen and are out of our control. We ship with USPS and UPS only.
CANADA
- Seems to average to 2 weeks but can take longer, delays are out of our control. We only use USPS to ship to Canada, when it reaches Canada it is then fulfilled by Canada Post. Therefore there are no import fees.

Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages, please make sure you have a safe/trusting area for packages to be delivered. For packages lost in transit please contact your local USPS for any issues first. By giving them your tracking number they can try to find your lost package and get it moving again. You can also file a lost package claim from the USPS website. If your tracking number says "Delivered" but your package is not there, give it a day, sometimes USPS will mark it as Delivered but will actually deliver in the next hours or day. Please contact us for further questions regarding this issue, or if you need help contacting USPS.
