Everything is quality inspected before shipped, quality is our first priority!

  • Jewelry, gift boxes, custom plushies, and sale items are a FINAL SALE.  
  • For everything else, return, store credit and exchanges are available 14 days after delivery.
  • You must request a return before that date to be eligible. Items must be in new condition.
  • Returns are at the customers expense

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shoes must be in shoe box and bottoms must be clean of dirt and stains.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
